TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Room rates including breakfast.
  
• Breakfast : Continental, American, Indonesian, Cereals
  
• And subject to 21% government tax and service charge will be added to the final bill.
• Deposit Policies:
  All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 30 days before arrival.
• Payment policies:
  Following Indonesian law all payments will be converted to and charged in Indonesian Rupiah and will refer to exchange rate upon booking. There might be a slight difference between the rate shown here.
• Extra Person and Child Policies:
  Rate includes 2 person for one bedroom cottage or 2 bedrooms in family cottage. Children younger than 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 - 6 years old sharing the existing beds with parents will be charged 50 percent and breakfast.
• Nyepi Day 2018:
  In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the hotel property during seclusion Day/Hindu New Year on March 17, 2018 midnight to early morning March 18, 2018 (24 hours). Check in and check out will not be possible on March 17, 2018, no vehicles allowed and airport closed. For more details please contact our reservation.
